In the serious meeting room at International High School, there was a tense atmosphere as school leaders discussed whether to keep me on staff. They were uncertain about their decision, knowing it could really shape the school’s future. But I had four good reasons why I thought they should keep me.
Firstly, I’ve come up with new ideas that have made a big difference in how well our educational projects work. Finding creative solutions to problems has not only made things run smoother but also boosted how well our students do in school. The results speak for themselves.
Secondly, I’m totally committed to our school community. I take on challenges with gusto, and I’ve helped build a team spirit that energizes both teachers and students. This teamwork has led to some great achievements and made our school feel like a united place.
Thirdly, I’m quick to learn and use new technology, which keeps our teaching methods up-to-date and effective. Staying on top of these changes puts our school ahead, helping students compete globally.
Lastly, I’m good at connecting with everyone involved in our school—parents, students, and the community. By keeping communication strong and focusing on what’s best for students, I’ve not only kept families happy but also brought in new students from around the world.
As the leaders thought it over, I felt confident that these four things—my ideas, dedication, tech skills, and relationships—were strong reasons to keep me on. The decision would affect not just my career here but also how well our school continues to grow and succeed on the global stage.
